VERSE:
Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into
the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever
lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen
plainly that what he has done has been done through God.
-- John 3:20-21

THOUGHT:
What's the power behind your life? One clear way to find out is
to come to Jesus and ask him to search you and reveal anything
spiritually unhealthy, anything unholy, in you. Opening ourselves
up to the light of his scrutiny, to the truth of his Light, gives
us a remarkable sense of freedom. We don't have anything to hide.
Then God can do some truly remarkable things in us and through us
because there are no distorted motives.

PRAYER:
Thank you God, for shining your light into my heart through your
Son, the Light of the world. Please gently reveal to me the areas
of my weakness, my sinfulness, my duplicity, and my deception. I
want to live purely before you and purely for you. I humbly request
this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Whatever your cross,
whatever your pain,

there will always be sunshine,

after the rain ....

Perhaps you may stumble,

perhaps even fall,

But God's always ready,

To answer your call ...

He knows every heartache,

sees every tear,

A word from His lips,

can calm every fear ...

Your sorrows may linger,

throughout the night,

But suddenly vanish,
in dawn's early light ...

The Savior is waiting,

somewhere above,

To give you His grace,

and send you His love ..

Whatever your cross,

whatever your pain,

"God always sends rainbows ....

after the rain ... "

and always be sure that HIS plans are perfect.

HE works in ways in which we cannot even think of…

I Belong to You Lyrics
Artist(Band):Superchick

Everybody needs to belong somewhere
life can feels so alone without someone who cares.
And when life becomes something just to get through,
that’s when I’m glad that I belong to you.

I belong to you,I belong to you,
you’re the one who will never let me down,
won’t let me down.
I belong to you.
Lord I belong to you.

Sometimes life brings more pain than we can bear alone.
When hope is gone and I have no strength to stand on my own,
when nothing helps, there’s nothing that I can do,
you surround me and show me I belong to you.

I belong to you,I belong to you,
you’re the one who will never let me down,
won’t let me down.
I belong to you.
Lord I belong to you.

When Love is gone there’s no arms to run to anymore,
I’m all alone there’s no one for me to live for,
letting go of the things I’ve always clung to,
that’s when I need to feel that I belong to you.

I belong to you,I belong to you,
you’re the one who will never let me down,
won’t let me down.
I belong to you.
Lord I belong to you.

VERSE:
Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set
an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith
and in purity.
-- 1 Timothy 4:12

THOUGHT:
How do you command the respect of others when you are young? You
don't! You earn that respect by the character and quality of your
life. Those of us who are older must recognize and validate younger
Christians who are people of character and faith. Those of us who
are younger, need to live a life of character that cannot be
questioned. Character, morality, faith, and loving kindness are
essential attributes of the Christian, no matter his or her age.

PRAYER:
Holy God, I thank you for those in our church family who are
young and stand for your character and who live godly lives despite
pressure from their peers to do otherwise. Father, I also thank you
for those who are older in the faith, who have given me a chance to
use my gifts and who have influenced and encouraged me in my
spiritual growth. Please help us keep our church united in mission
and purpose across the different age groups, to your glory and for
the growth of your Kingdom. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
